Maria graduated in law in 2022 from the University of Hanover, where she focused her studies on medical and insurance law. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at a department for public and European law, and later joined the Centre for Ethics and Law in the Life Sciences.
Since June 2022, Maria has been working as a research assistant at the Centre for Ethics and Law in the Life Sciences, focusing on the ethical and legal framework for storage periods of cryopreserved embryos. She is also a doctoral candidate.
In addition to her work at the law firm, Maria volunteers her time with the Refugee Law Clinic Hannover e.V., where she uses her legal expertise to support refugees and asylum seekers in navigating the complexities of the legal system
